You can make track configurations on your own(for race/drift), and it would be good for the cruising community.

btw: the "this is a race simulator" is rather funny... so cars ar made PURELY for racing? NO, public transport, drifting, rally, dragracing, AND racing.
If the good "feal" of the cars draw more buyers(cruisers and drifters), so why kill good ideas?

LFS can be used for more than hardcore racing, you can accualy have FUN with it also :P

I accualy downloaded this thing to use the TSviewer, the pit spotter was a bonus though :P

BUT I cant get TSviewer to work

it says: connected to TeamSpeak version: 0.0.0

I'm using version 3.0.1

I can't see anything regarding the TS ingame either

My bad, I was on Ventrilo while I tested it, so I guess I need some other software to use with VT?

ABOUT DRIFT BEASTS

We are a new LFS drift team, and our aim is that everyone can join. It's not about the skills when people are joining, but rather the skills what they can learn. A good attitude is more important than having the longest slides.

We try to offer a nice environment for new drifters, and also others, of course, to have fun and learn new things with the teammates. The only requirements are that you can drift atleast somehow and have a good attitude. Also LFS S2 is required.

We like to do our best, even if it isn't that much, and we get better every day. So feel free to ask for joining.

I accualy tested that first, but changes did not happend...
but when I was done, and copyed the lapper.cfg to bin folder, all changes aplyed(and error message refused lapper to run)

I could post error message in lapper, but it is partly norwegian(for some reason)

After looking closer, the lapper I'm using on our servers is same version as the one I got trouble with, so I edited a config file from one of them(pass + port) and it's okay.

(config file sorted)

The reason I need a new lapper, is the trouble with driftPB.... Scoores get registered double sometimes(one with username, one with nick)........

I want it to be username ONLY(but show nick in list), kinda dumb to have my nick on more than one place in top 15, and I'm not the only one

Anyone got any idea of what the problem could be? is it my config? or is it a problem with the lapper?

I have problems after editing my config file, and got no clue what the problem should be

I have a lapper(5.20) running, but got problems with driftPB list(same nick2 places in list, one registered on username, other on nick)

Hope someone bother to look at it

I love this one, would be nice to give priviledge users of our servers some powers when full admins is away

I got a few ideas, and one problem:

Ideas:
is there any way of chosing what you wan't the admins to have in theire "powerlist"?
spessified users can kick, ban, restart, change lap number, but can not change track and so on.
and is there a way of shuting off the random(without adding 999 races before nect random)?

And is there a way to make the software make a log of all kick/bans(with username of the one who made the kick/ban, and who got kicked/banned)?

Problem: I logged in on our private server, running the program(not logged in as admin on server), I could use the "track" command, but not restart and so on?
I added my username(=Wolf=[NO]) in many shapes, even in code(like the one I need for msn onlinestatus) witch is "%3DWolf%3D%5BNO%5D"...

I know it is not a problem since I am admin on our server's, but if I get users with weird usernames(like me), will it work?

The XRT is based on the Starion, right? Well the Starion was a big competitor in Group A leagues, which IIRC were only allowed road tyres...I think

I dont give much thought of racing slicks accualy, but different tyres for different tracks:

Normals/supers = race track
Dirt/hybrid = rally
???/supers = Drag
???/??? = drifting

And for those who don't give a f*ck about drifters, couse it is not a motor sport, tel that to the players, teams, event hosters, who consentrate on drift.
Me personaly dont care much about Drag, but I know the tracks are there :P
